Engineering Design Challenges
Using the Engineering Design Process, students investigate a variety of design brief or challenges. During the engineering design process, students define the problem, brainstorm solutions, plan, create, test, evaluate, improve and share solutions to real world problems.
Bee-Bots

Bee-Bots are robots designed for use by students as an introduction to computer programming. These easy to operate robots
are programmed by students to complete a variety of operations using a flat surface or mat. The Bee-Bots have helped to reinforce skills in literacy, math, science and social studies.
Legos, K'Nex, Zoobs and More
The students regularly use these construction tools to solve an assortment of challenges in creative and unique ways. Students also visit our Open Lab days on Tuesdays or Thursdays for more hands-on experiences and design time with friends or siblings.
